I fell into construction and design and learned I loved it. I could have never anticipated my career would change from teaching elementary school to managing multiple retail construction projects simultaneously, but are they really that different? All my experience with multitasking, problem solving, time management, organization, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership prepared me for my current profession better than one could imagine.
