I am responsible for stakeholder engagement and education pertaining to the connecting South West Ontario program. I assist with change management and provide technical training/support to health care professionals and leadership throughout the implementation of eHealth solutions in their organizations/practices. I am currently involved in the implementation of the HRM Readiness - EMR Download interface and the Regional Clinical Viewer (ClinicalConnect) in the Erie St. Clair LHIN.

In this role I worked directly with physicians and health care professionals during their transition from paper-based/manual report delivery to electronic report delivery directly into their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution. My role involved workflow analysis including change management and sFTP credential configuration and technical training/troubleshooting of the SPIRE interface. I was responsible for providing ongoing support to the end-users from pre-implementation to post-implementation involving identifying, understanding, and resolving any potential gaps in the training/change management practices as well as the technology itself.

I was selected as a representative of Canada as part of Walt Disney World's Cultural Representative Program. In this role, I worked in EPCOT's World Showcase as a server at Le Cellier Steakhouse. I educated guests on Canadian culture while providing the Disney standard for service excellence.
