My background is in Advice & Guidance, Teaching, Learning and Development. Following my dream and passion to work in natural health I purchased a Health Store back in 2010.Working in Natural Health alongside my career as a Counsellor has added value to both professions. The store has gone from strength to strength with a qualified professional team on board and top quality vitamin supplements, herbal remedies, natural skincare and vegan/gluten free foods.The Mission Statement of Nature's Bounty is To help others to work towards a Healthier and Happier lifestyle'I am a fully qualified accredited and practicing Counsellor specialising in Loss and Trauma having worked with Cruse Bereavement Care as a Bereavement Counsellor and Call Responder. Working face to face in private practice and on line/telephone counselling with organisations such as One Bright and Working Minds, I have over seven years of professional work experience working in mental health, bereavement and stress related situations. I have vast experience in helping clients from all backgrounds with trauma, bereavement, sleeping disorders, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, low mood and depression. I have the ability to emphasise with individuals whilst retaining an objective and realistic approach to counselling.I also hold qualifications in Mindfulness and Nutrition providing a non-judgemental, holistic approach focussing on both mental and physical health.
