I verified the solutions by implementing them in sandbox environments.As an IT Specialist I provided consultancy services, for complex cross domain projects for in- and external customers, executed end-to-end cross domain improvement plans with an eye on innovation and technology and engaged new business. I also supported and improved the capacity planning and worked on maintaining and initiating standards for processes, tooling, non-functional requirements, quality standards, monitoring and reporting. I acted as a focal point for internal and external programs and I provided monthly forecasts
