Duties:- Dealing with incoming C&B enquiries and quotations aiming to maximise sales and meet monthly targets- Daily appointments with new and existing clients to obtain their objectives and purpose of their events- Liaising with various suppliers such as AV companies to ensure all equipment required is in place - Ensuring payment procedures for all events are in place- Completion of weekly C&B function sheets and delegate to each department in an efficient manner. - Completion of weekly, monthly sales reports and yearly budget presentation to the Managing Directors

Duties:- Building portfolio of new clients through targeting various areas of the market- Daily appointments with wedding couples to ensure client satisfaction and maximise profitability with the wedding segment- Weekly updating of the hotel website- Creating social media plan via facebook, twitter, instagram- Creating monthly marketing ezines and executing through a collective database- Working directly with the Director of Sales & marketing to maximise sales and meeting monthly revenue targets in F&B and reservations segments of the hotel.
