Lead all administration functions and processes for Barossa Valley Estate.A hands-on administrative leadership role to plan, coordinate and direct administrative functions to facilitate vineyard and grower operations, winery and vintage operations, bottling and distribution activities, support capital activities and maintain compliance at the Barossa Valley Winery.

In my role as Operations Manager BRFWM, I was directly reporting to the CEO and was responsible for the management of the Sales Support and Logistics teams.Operations Manager / Burge & Rathbone Fine Wine Merchants Sales Administration Oversee sales support team and implement and manage associated systems and procedures. Currently the team provides support to 28 sales reps nationally and mans the inbound customer service lines.  Provide full administrative support to the sales team in completing key reports to a high standard in a timely manner. Oversee warehouse operations and management of SOH and replenishment nationally across 6 3PL’s Perform procurement tasks such as obtaining quotes, selecting suppliers and ordering dry goods required for bottling’s.  Coordinate delivery and receipt of all labels, capsules, bottles and cartons within required timeframes.Data Collation and Synchronization Sourcing, Implementation and Maintenance of B2B Trading Link including accreditation testing with National Accounts. Implementation and maintenance of GS1 Data Synchronization Solution. Allocate and track company GTIN’s. Coordinate and maintain product artwork in line with company specifications and food and wine regulations.Export / Import Order Processing Oversee and assist with wine export and import order processing from receipt of purchase order Liaison with freight forwarders regarding shipments and associated costs Action application and receipt of export permits and approvals Preparation of destination country documentation for customs clearanceDomestic Order Processing Oversee all daily national and direct account order processing and distribution Mange the team to review all orders to ensure vintage, product and profitability targets are met Ensure systems of communication between the customer and sales team are clear
