Provide administrative support to three Chairs, one Director serves as the confidential assistant to the Chairman handling recruitment, itineraries, maintaining Outlook calendar, and liaison with School of Design Administration, and handling assistant to the Chair of Graphic Design needs. Overall responsibility for maintaining effective business affairs for the Chairman and Director’s Officer. Responsible for administrative functions for the Department of School of Design including overall responsibility for all faculty and non-faculty appointment processes

•Manage three Committees.•Serve as a central point of contact for the Finance offices and act as liaison to the main Finance Department; provide feedback to business partners on all issues.•Partner with Financial Managers to help manage work study, faculty, staff time cards, and other major responsibility ventures to ensure proper communication and results.•Special projects as needed.•Coordinate scheduling and logistics, create agendas and documents. This includes departmental meetings and quarterly business update meetings

Responsible for reviewing finance level budgets and monitoring finance and financial aid expenses.•Served as a central point of contact for the Finance office. •Responsible for the day- to- day operation of a high-traffic fast paced University office.•Responsible for operation of Financial Office including budgets, scheduling, and communications.•Reviewed and monitored key financial reports to support business objectives; actively communicated findings and educated Finance team on business opportunities (payroll, budgets, etc.) in order to drive bottom line profitability.•Special projects as needed.
