Distance Learning Tutor / Internal Moderator NCFEWorking directly with Somerset Colleges distant learning team. Supporting numerouslearners completing their Level 2/3 NCFE on line courses. One to one tutorial support andextensive feedback to the learner. Meeting deadlines in an organised and professionalmanner in line with the colleges policies and procedures. Also I have completed many'Internal Moderation' to meet the colleges quality of assessment and support. This is apart time role. My role is working within the `Vocational development team`. This is a recently new area for Richard Huish and is growing rapidly. I support apprentices to achieve their qualifications and functional skills. I also deliver the NCFE Distance learning courses to support the professional development of learners thinking of accessing a Diploma within the college.

Ihave successfully supported numerous students to achieve a national qualification inLiteracy to date. For my role as a 'Training Advisor', I have devised and deliver aselection of short courses including, Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Dementia, FireSafety and Mental Capacity Act to name but a few . I have experience of training deliveryin a varied selection of workplace settings and in large groups as well as one-onementoring. I have the ability to design bespoke training courses on request.
