- Lead the AP, Billing and Order Entry team, providing supervision and development.- Collaborate with finance team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency of financial operations.- Manage cash flow to ensure ample liquidity for daily operations.- Prepare the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Collaborate with Owner in the development of annual budgets.- Work with other departments to enhance processes and support best practices in the company.- Collaborate with IT company for SAGE, new system setup.- Provide SAGE training to new and existing employees.

- Process daily vendor invoices in QuickBooks.- Invoice customers from related vendor invoices and service/projects completion.- Manage all job profitability.- Management of inside sales accuracy and creating monthly reports.- Create monthly commission report.- Monthly Bank and P-card Reconciliation.- Process expense reports through Concur.- Process sales metric report.- Process Income statement for employee reviews.- Manage all vendor and customer inquiries to maintain job files.- Follow up with inside/outside sales on all invoice and purchase order discrepancies.- Request updated w-9, COI, and tax exempt forms and file to designated vendor/customer files.

- Process over 500 invoices weekly into SAP.- Process employee travel/entertainment expense reports through Concur.- Maintain SharePoint tracker by updating SAP with received service entries and goods receipts.- Analyze and research vendor inquiries to maintain vendor master/invoice files.- Follow up with purchasing department on all payment, invoice and purchase order discrepancies.- Process and distribute the 1099’s for the necessary vendor accounts.- Review monthly reports for improvement in time and efficiency- Open and disseminate mail.- Maintain the GR/IR account by reviewing vendor statements for open items.

- Received incoming mail and circulated invoices.- Entered invoices and processed checks weekly.- Created lien waivers and sent contracts to contractors.- Entered journal entries as needed for EOM reconciliation.- Received and deposited checks.

- Enter daily maintenance/construction employee time sheets into the Olynet system for Payroll.- Process daily 15-25 administrative payable invoices.- Entered payable invoices into Dynamics system twice a week to print and provide checks.
