Admin Asst. III to Director, Strategic Planning & Executive Support. Responsible for providing laboratory, administrative, operating, support and animal space reports and presentations for the Director and the Board of Governing Trustees. Responsible for collection and management of mulit-level space database for 600K+ nsf genetics research and vivarium facility using Archibus space management software and MS Access, in conjunction with AutoCAD. Provided various aspects of executive support, including organizing professional retreats, preparation of materials and presentations for Board meetings, compiling input from multiple sources for the creation and distribution of the organization's multi-year strategic plan, also used MS Project to track and assist in management of projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.
