Handling of Orders starting from presenting the new collection putting in new orders, communication with the factory and the customer until the delivery of shipment. Development of new measurement charts for baby and kids clothes.

Quality control of pre production and main production, fittings, preparation of new collections according to best fit and quality, packing instructions, analysis and summary of returned styles.

Creating weekly and monthly selling reports by door for analysing their process in selling by comparing it with their weekly/monthly targets. In addition to size and class analysis we ask for more feedback about the new collection from the stores and their customers.

Representing the new Velvet Collection by Graham and Spencer during the trade show "PREMIUM" in Munich and processing order appointments for new collections with buyers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Daily contact with the office in England for catching up about new buys.
