I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with 12 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, including experience as a Nurse Unit Manager 1 (NUM1), Nurse Unit Manager 2 (NUM2) and Clinical Nurse Consultant 2 (CNC2). This has enabled me to develop many skills such as leadership, organisation, time management, problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills. I am always prepared to take on new challenges and I make the most of every opportunity in order to develop both my personal and professional development.
