Under the supervision of my director and the Dakota County Corrections administration and as part of a case management team,I provides transitional services for adults paroled, or put on probation. I execute expert communication with my clients, staff, parole agents, and other agencies. The Offender Employment Specialist work with a variety of high-risk adults that are in need of the services necessary to successfully transition back into the community from incarceration. These services include education, job readiness, job placement, self interest assessment, career exploration, resume writing, criminal disclosure etiquette (lol) life skills, and etc.Provide one-on-one person centered services to assist clients with job readiness and personal branding to help build professionalism.Assists clients in finding local career training programs and apprenticeships to boost their possibility of finding more secure opportunities or self employment roles. Maintains accurate records and reports including attendance records, case notes and daily charts of client progress, pertinent client information, transcripts, client intake files/records and etc.

Supportive Housing Unit Employment Specialist providing career coaching services to women experiencing homelessness throughout the Dakota County area. Our program partners with local women homeless shelters in the metro area to assist single women and women with children to find competitive employment in the community to help enrich women lives by offering independence and stability. Dakota County Housing team sponsors this program in which I have been chosen to lead and report my progress to senior officials on a quarterly basis.
