Student-Teacher (Spring 2023) teaching multiple sections of Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 at Downingtown High School West

-Creates a welcoming and positive customer experience-Manages sales and preparation of cafe items, bakery goods, and coffee drinks-Demonstrates knowledge of French food and language

-Takes attendance and detailed minutes of all general senate meetings -Oversees 5 committees (Finance, Bylaw Review, Outreach, Multicultural Affairs, and Public Relations) and ensures the success of each committee within SGA -Regularly updates the SGA website -Helps to run elections for both senators and the following year’s executive board-Acts as a point of contact for anyone outside of SGA needing to reach out to the senate

- Holds virtual engagement meetings for current first year students - Completes various modules and assignments to demonstrate to supervisors and leadership my competency and understanding of campus functions - Helps acclimate over 3,000 new and transfer students to WCU the summer before their first semester through 6 weeks of hybrid orientation sessions (COVID guidelines in place) -Helps acclimate over 600 first semester and transfer students to WCU through a hybrid, winter orientation- Participates in welcome week, including engaging students in various social events- Acts as a member of the New Student Programs’ social media task force, creating content for Instagram and TikTok

- Gives weekly campus tours to prospective students and families- Participates in open houses and accepted student days, which includes checking in guests, giving tours, facilitating group activities and ice breakers, and participating in student panels- Participates in guest panels for admissions counselors- Gives virtual tours, participates in virtual student panels, and hosts one-on-one student connect sessions due to the COVID-19 pandemic

- Works closely with a staff of 15 Resident Assistants (RAs), a Graduate Assistant, and Resident Director to professionally staff a residence hall of over 600 residents - Plans events that meet various learning outcomes, such as diversity, student development & success, and sustainability- Creates community and relationships within my floor and wing, knowing over 80 residents personally, most of whom are first-year students- Mediates conflict between roommates and suitemates- Completes weekly status reports, updating my supervisor on any events, conflicts, and any personal experiences that may affect West Chester students

- Provides dining service to residents in various levels of care, knowing both the dietary needs and preferences of over 100 residents - Responsible for the upkeep of both the dining rooms and kitchen areas, making sure every area is clean and meets health code standards - Provides great customer service and has gotten to know the residents on a personal level
