Served as a research assistant on a large project led by a group of environmental science and public health professors for a grant through Marion County Public Health to consider environmental threats and communication strategies to vulnerable populations. I conducted literature reviews and wrote memos about environmental health hazards and threats relevant to the Pacific Northwest, and prepared presentations for faculty meetings to share information about ongoing research.

Copyedited the Bainbridge Greenways mission and vision statements, designed graphics in Adobe Photoshop for display at community events, and facilitated community outreach by connecting with high school students to bring greater awareness about sustainable transportation.

Managed cash register, trained new employees, and scooped ice cream.
