First and foremost I am Litigator with a specialism in Personal Injury and Clinical negligence. Ever since I qualified as a Solicitor in 1996, I have enjoyed helping people who have been unfortunate enough to have suffered a serious injury, to recover compensation to assist them in the future. I have been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims for nearly 20 years.I started off my career working at a niche Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence firm in Sevenoaks, Kent and joined Dawson Hart in 2002, becoming Managing Partner in 2004. Over the last 10 years, I have developed the commercial side of my litigation business, advising clients on contract disputes, business disputes, professional negligence and employment matters relating to health & safety. The experience of being a business owner ensures the advice I give is both practical and commercial. I enjoy getting to know my clients' businesses and seeing how they work so that I can use my experience to add value.
