In this role I was responsible for:- Managing communications and content creation for our social media accounts, newsletters, programs, e-campaigns, handbooks, social media toolkits, etc. - Establishing and coordinating Project Neutral's Volunteer Program, including recruitment, onboarding and training of 50+ volunteers annually - Coordinating the national climate education campaign 'Talk Climate to Me'; responsible for all program communications (check out talkclimatetome.ca) - Researching, developing & delivering the school climate education program 'Keep it Cool Classrooms'

In this role I coordinated the development of the Kids Cutting Carbon project from start to end.This included:- Designing and writing climate education workshops for classrooms in alignment with the Ontario curriculum, - Managing a team of volunteers as they provide support for the development, evaluation and marketing of the program- training and coordinating a team of facilitators to deliver the program- Developing and implementing a marketing and outreach strategy for the project

I designed and facilitated art workshops and art education for school groups, community courses and seasonal camps at the LAC. Areas of expertise include ceramics, printmaking, painting and drawing and multimedia artwork.

In this role I assisted the Producer and Managing Director on the production of the 2018-19 theatre season, completed a variety of administrative tasks, and was writer and editor of 'The Relay', a bi-weekly newsletter sent to 700+ members of the RBC Emerging Artists Program at Canadian Stage.

I worked with a leadership team of eight individuals to plan, implement and facilitate camp programming to youth and families. My main tasks were managing and training a staff of 30+ young adults, as well as producing and implementing creative programming. My role also included a large amount of public speaking and directing groups of 100+ kids and adults through daily activities. Tasks of note include: redesigning programming to include weekly teaching goals, redesigning 'outdoor adventure' programming to revolve around environmental care, facilitating workshops on creative program design for camp staff, restructuring camp dress code policy with inclusive language and policies.

I worked with a team of specialists to provide assistance, information and tours to anyone using the TMU Student Learning Centre. Our team was responsible for representing and upholding the values of the TMU community.

I worked for two summers as a cabin leader at Camp Crossroads. In this role I was responsible for the well-being of a new group of 8-10 children each week. I was also responsible for creating and facilitating programming for the campers in a variety of areas, including arts and crafts, drama, kayaking, etc.

Working for Dr. David Zakus in the school of Occupational and Public health, I conducted surveys, analyzed and interpreted data, and assembled a final report for a research project that aimed to understand the ways in which students locate and consume their news!
