Over 10 years experience of working as a manager of SEN provision in High School settings.Specialising in supporting pupils with Statements of Special Educational Needs for Moderate Learning Difficulties, Specific Learning Difficulties and Behaviour and Emotional Difficulties within a mainstream setting. Most recently as a Learning Inclusion Consultant for Herefordshire delivering training for Primary and Secondary SENCOs in the processes, skills and local knowledge required in carrying out the role; establishing collaborative working by providing regular networking opportunities between schools, culminating in an end of year SENCo conference.
