Before joining the Sofronie Foundation as Head of Operations, I was a Board Trustee during the creation and early activities of the Foundation.As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I have over 20 years' service in senior professional HR roles and as a mother some experience of the British education system. I am actively involved in raising awareness of social mobility and improving the opportunities of young people disadvantaged in life.
