Charged with the implementation of new systems, procedures and working practices where relevant. Updating procedures in line with changes in legislations and writing and implementing new initiatives. Overseeing the recruitment and selection of both salaried and hourly paid staff and providing advice on the best sources of recruitment advertising dependant on location and market forces. Ensuring all contracts of employment for monthly staff are compiled in accordance with their package and new starts are successfully inducted into their roles. Oversee and assist in the day-to-day maintenance of HR and payroll databases.Ensure all data is processed in line with GDPR regulations.Provide training where required with managers on HR policies and procedures.Focal point for all benefits queries and providing reports for benefits to the provider.Responsible for the development of HR team members.
