Responsible for the Administration and Planning Division, which include financial management, revenue forecasting, capital planning, contract and purchasing administration, operational management, human resource services and systems modernizations. Supervise experienced managers; serve as a member of Cabinet and liaison with oversight agencies and City stakeholders.

Responsible for all of the agency's budgetary matters including the expense and capital budget, imprest fund management, accounts payable and Assigned Counsel vendor payments. Additional responsibilities include the management of the agency's small purchasing unit and the supplies and warehouse operations.

Managed the development and maintenance of the Agency's expense and capital budgets. Supervised imprest funds usage as well as agency-wide vendor and 18B (assigned counsel attorneys) payments. Developed and implemented division budgets and served as an advisor to senor staff on all budgetary matters.

Served as a senior advisor and provided leadership in formulating and implementing policies and procedures to support the agency's mission. Managed the overall directions of the agency's financial operation which included the capital and expense budget, revenue projection and collection, billings and payments, contracts, procurement and internal audits; workforce development which includes human resources, labor, discipline and training; and the information technology, strategic planning, facilities management and record retention divisions.

Developed and supervised the preparation, administration and modification of the Division of Instruction and Technology expense budget. Implemented policies and procedures and budget scheduling related to approximately 305 administrative, managerial and hourly staff as well as approximately170 resolving consultants.
