Mr career has focused upon working with children across all ages. From developing a tailored, bespoke accredited training apprenticeship programme for school leavers, re-training to work within the early years sector to my previous role as Commissioner of Early Help services for children and families. For over 12 years, I have been with the local authority, with previous experience gained in the private sector.I have recently joined Coventry and Warwickshire’s Integrated Care Board (ICB) as a Programme Manager for health inequalities across all ages, supporting the ICB to improve access, experience and outcomes in healthcare services.
