- Lead a category team to achieve sales, profit and targets of assigned categories by developing and implementing the product assortment, ranging and pricing strategies. - Increase market share and enhance competitive edge by identifying new initiatives and capitalizing market opportunities.- Work closely with internal departments and external parties to roll out merchandising activities and category plan.- To build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with vendors for long-term strategic partnership.- To lead Private Label projects by developing new products and increase sales share.
