I have worked in law offices that dealt with civil litigation, transitional law, estate planning and other areas of law. Every step of the way I have gained valuable experience in the legal field. I’ve learned a great deal about myself and law office organization and procedures.From past experiences, I understand the importance of keeping an organized calendar for deadlines and court dates. It is also important to maintain a current database of clients, paper files and open communication with colleagues. I am a team player, and know it is essential for organizational cohesiveness. I have had to establish and set daily priorities to ensure that progress and deadlines were met. My goal is to find a sole practitioner, preferably in civil litigation, looking for a dedicated legal assistant. I work best in a smaller working environment.
