Email Marketing Specialist
Current• Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and other teams to develop new marketing campaigns that align with Atria's marketing strategy and long-term goals and objectives.• Identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, CTAs, and landing pages.• Develop and manage an email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to gather assets and schedule email deployments.• Track metrics, analyze, and interpret campaign performance.• Create monthly and quarterly brand-level campaign performance reports.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging email marketing technologies.• Conduct experiments to test new strategies, tools, and techniques and make data-driven recommendations to enhance email marketing performance.• Ensure compliance with email regulations - stay informed about email marketing regulations.• Ensure all email campaigns adhere to legal requirements, privacy policies, and permission-based marketing practices.• Ensure data field mapping is correct and functional from CRM and email platform.• Monitor and maintain email deliverability - implement strategies to optimize email deliverability, including list hygiene, suppression lists management, and spam score monitoring.• Troubleshoot and resolve any deliverability issues to ensure maximum inbox placement.• Manage external vendor relationships.
