I have been responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment process and have recruited for a wide variety of roles across various industries. I am an adept systems user and thrive in a realm where process improvements are a priority. I have conducted extensive market research for critical roles; implemented best practices; conducted job analysis; redesigned job descriptions and streamlined recruitment processes.
