I specialized in the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias, including educating patients on heart rhythm abnormalities, antiarrhythmic drugs, cardioversions, and ablations, as well as device related therapies such as pacemakers, implantable defibrillators and CRT-D devices.

Lectured senior microbiology students on the fundamentals of a variety of parasites including protozoa, sporozoa, ciliates, cestodes, nematodes, trematodes, and arthropods. Taught the life cycle, diagnostic characteristics, pathology, and epidemiology of each species. Provided microscopic examples of parasites and assisted students with locating and identifying parasites under the microscope. Prepared, administered, and graded midterms and exams. Individually met with students to improve performance.
