• Principal point of contact for customer needs and concerns primarily using Zendesk, Gorgias, and Dialpad• Provide clear, consistent, accurate communication with customers to resolve issues and answer questions with an empathetic and patient mindset• Utilize multiple systems to track and respond to customers within 48 hours • Troubleshoot common issues with product or service to achieve resolution

• Fulfill orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner in a team environment using superior task management capabilities to optimize efficiencies• Create written training guide/job aid used to standardize process

* Manage a portfolio of donors and donor prospects* Create cultivation and solicitation strategies for three facility programs* Create content for newsletters, donor letters and website; assist and coordinate direct mail and other fundraising initiatives* Vendor solicitation and engagement of prospects and donors to attend and support fundraising events; identify and solicit in-kind donations

* Research funding opportunities; assist in coordinating and managing various fundraising activities* Create and submit grants within timeline and track to conclusion* Coordinate community events where Foundation is beneficiary* Research potential sponsorships for community events and request participation; solicit in-kind donations for Program Department
