I was previously employed as an Administrative Assistant at ESS. My day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: collecting and opening the mail, scanning all results into the system and emailing them to conveyancers, answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate employee, processing searches and liaising with providers and councils. I have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word and Excel. I have a general knowledge MYOB.

After being an Administrative Assistant for six months, I was offered the opportunity to do Accounts Payable and Receivable in the company. Whilst in this job it was my responsibility to collect and scan documents into the system, delegate where they were going, enter cheques into MYOB, print cheques and ensure they are directed to the correct client/council/provider, keep clear and precise spreadsheets as to where all cheques and files were sent. Other duties would include organizing the mail at the end of the day, receiving phone calls from councils and providers, organizing private Body Corporate files and also doing searches. I thoroughly enjoyed working in accounts for a year, but there was an internal office role change and I went back to Administrative Assistance. Since then I have done the Accounts job a dozen times, filling in for people.

I was hired by Target Carindale when I was 15 years old and still at school as a casual Thursday night and weekend job. During my tenure there I learnt excellent Customer Service skills and phone manner. When I was hired by ESS, I continued to work for Target on weekends for a year and a half. I thoroughly enjoyed working at Target, but decided to leave as I was not enjoying working 7 full days a week. I worked on the floor with clothing merchandise, fitting rooms and cash register, but I was mostly in the Children's and Nursery Department.
