Ensure that all clients adhere to the standard requirements of their referring agencies; meet with each client weekly to develop case plans, assess progress, as well as follow up on tasks and services provided.Foster a hospitable, client-centric environment at all times by accommodating their needs per their individual disabilities free of judgment and by meeting them where they are while planning and setting into motion monthly extracurricular and therapeutic activities including meaningful workshops that enable individuals to better manage their daily lives as well as lead workshops to address some of these needs, e.g. Financial, Healthy Relationship, Thanksgiving Celebration, Donation of Winter Clothes and Healthy Lifestyle Workshops, all of which cater directly to clients. Refer clients to Psychologists and other services using a holistic mental healthcare approach. Provide crisis stabilizations and crisis management services; conduct mental health assessments, apply treatment approaches and author clinical notes for each session.
