Dr. Jacqueline McMillan joined Consciously Resting Meditation, LLC as a senior member of the leadership team and currently serves as President and COO. Dr. McMillan is the executive responsible for advancing company's mission of developing stress management solutions for educational, corporate, health care, etc., settings designed to increase success by decreasing stress, sharpening clarity of mind/focus, and improving productivity,Dr. McMillan retired in 2014 as Vice President at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. During nearly 40 years in progressively responsible administrative and executive roles at the University, she served as Vice President, Associate Provost, Executive Assistant to the President and Secretary to the Board of Trustees, Associate Dean of the School of Medicine, as well as Director of financial aid, minority affairs, and recruitment. As Vice President of Enrollment Management, Dr. McMillan was the founding chief university officer charged with developing a comprehensive strategic plan and culture for the inaugural enrollment management division at the university. She provided oversight to several essential areas such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Orientation, and Enrollment Marketing with direct reports at the Assistant Vice President, or Executive Director levels.As Executive Assistant to the President, she functioned as Chief of Staff of 1,400 faculty and staff and directly managed the President’s Office. As Secretary of the Board of Trustees, she functioned as the Corporate Secretary. She has also served as adjunct faculty in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Wilberforce University. In addition, Dr. McMillan has served and held executive offices on numerous not for profit local and national volunteer boards and councils. Dr. McMillan holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Organizational Development/Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration/Leadership Development/Strategic Planning.
