Responsible for full cycle project management - acts as the point person in charge of assigned studies. Plan, budget, monitor and report on the project status and completion. • Collaborates with Business Development Team to execute site qualification and feasibility meetings.• Engages with client to ensure needs are understood and met; actively works to ensure the client gains trust on the company and are confident in our ability to execute the study.• Responsible for contributing to proposal development in collaboration with Business Development and department heads.• Work closely with external vendors/consultants to ensure their availability and scope of work.• Performs a risk assessment to anticipate and propose mitigation solutions for the project throughout all phases of the study.• Create integrated project timelines. • Serves as central point of contact with sponsors for all deliverables.• Identifies and facilitates resolutions to vendor issues through department heads.• Responsible to monitor the progress of each individual project deliverable against project timelines and budget, which includes but is not limited to:o Review and identify project study trends and proactively respond to client and respective team members.o Conduct and document weekly project-specific telephone conferenceso Approve project direct and pass-thru expenditures from vendors.o Review monthly financial reports to outline expenditures for each assigned project.o Work closely with the Project Finance Department to manage changes in project scope, budget, and revenue for all assigned projects.• Works closely with Data Management or other departments as needed to ensure a high­ quality deliverable is provided to the sponsor in a timely manner.• Responds to all sponsor post study inquiries - collaborating with department heads as needed.

-Participate in all phases of the protocol approval process, including planning, development, and implementation, in support of the Cancer Moonshot-Draft research protocols and supporting documents including informed consent documents, HIPAA Authorizations, case report forms, requests for waivers of HIPAA Authorization, etc. under the direction of clinical investigators-Develop and implement standard operating procedures related to the conduct of research within the MCCRP-Draft and review supporting business agreements including Material Transfer Agreements, CRADAs, Data Sharing Agreements, etc. to support research-Create study databases to support MCCRP research protocols-Expand the network of research sites to include multiple Department of Defense, civilian, and Veterans Affairs sites-Obtain and maintain Defense Health Agency data sharing approval through the execution of Data Sharing Agreements and supporting documentation to ensure the secure maintenance of military health system data-Obtain and ensure study approval from required institutions/agencies, i.e., Institutional Review Boards of participating institutions-Facilitate study closeout to include notification of all necessary IRBs and manage all related documentation
