Responsibilities include determining eligibility, case management, helping participants access services to support employment and self-sufficiency, and applying professional social work principles and practices.Essential Functions:Use social work techniques to assist eligible participants.Conduct research and community information programs.Understand and apply Federal Tribal TANF program regulations and SSTTP policies.Conduct participant intake and annual recertification and update case information.Determine eligibility, gather verification documents and process grants.Develop and update individual Wellness and Compliance Plans.Report suspected fraud and participate in case staffing.Maintain documentation and cross-train with other team positions.Communicate regularly with participants and assist in accessing resources.Facilitate workshops or classes and provide information to the community.Conduct home visits and support other TANF departments as needed.
