Responsible for establishing a start-up FinTech company in the field of cross-border and product suitability of investment products - Management of project portfolios (customized-solutions for banks, set-up of platform in Asia, etc.) and development of expansion strategy to extend footprint abroad - Driving the set-up of strategic partnerships with the aim to expand a) product & service offering and b) the linkage or integration to other IT solutions- Conducting various tasks concerning sales activities (pitches, presentations, etc.), analyzing regulatory requirements of funds, setting-up and reviewing contracts, recruiting new-hires, etc.

Responsible for establishing the association from the ground up, including defining consulting services in responsible investing and executing active ownership practices on behalf of a group of institutional investors (representing CHF 250bn)- Implementation of mandate to ensuring operational readiness by defining processes, setting up a workflow tool, conducting accounting, developing communication concepts, conducting media packages, trademark protection, etc.- Management of portfolios screenings and company outreach (active ownership) strategies. Responsible for strategic positioning and implementation of “Sustainable Investments” for Julius Baer globally− Assessed analysis on as-is situation, identified white spots and compiled a proposal on how to elaborate an offering for Sustainable Investments for the whole bank− Project Manager and Stream Lead for defining sustainable investment criteria (ESG) for the overall investment selection. Tasks included integrating sustainable investment criteria (ESG) into investment process and products, define marketing & communication efforts, develop sales trainings, and establish financial reporting− Conducted a concept to integrate sustainable investment criteria (ESG) for the overall investment selection and decision process, as well as establish a progressive rating framework for the product offering− Provide support and align a marketing & communication concept with overall Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy and research initiatives.
