With an international background, raised bilingual in Italy as an American citizen, I earned an American Bachelor of Arts in Film and worked passionately and diligently as the right arm of a Television and Film producer with more than 1400 hours of aired prime-time television. I then proceeded to gain wonderful experience as a coordinator for the LA Shorts International Film Festival, discovering a passion and a talent for event management, recruiting, employee management, and public relations. In me, you'll find a detail-oriented, disciplined, and tenacious person. As head of development for veteran producer Larry Jacobson, I have organized and participated in meetings with heads of networks and streaming platforms, financial investors, casting auditions, table reads, and internal discussions regarding budgeting for the company’s IPs. I fine-tuned the craft of critiquing and developing scripts to reach the highest quality both in regard to marketability and critical appraisal. I have prepared, set, and executed pitches after having packaged IP accordingly. I became skillful at interacting with high-level executives, showrunners, and star-power, perfecting clarity and efficiency of communication.As a festival coordinator, I have insured a smooth and organized running of panels, screenings, and mixers. I have recruited, trained and managed a very successfull and numerous team of interns, and have been praised by guests and collegues for the festival's turnout with me on the job!
