Being a former business owner/employer, current teacher, mother, wife and friend has taught me one thing: life is built upon the moments we create for ourselves by not calculating the risks but by going after the rewards. I became a Cerified Health Coach after experiencing tremendous success on the same program! Over the last three years, I watched a lot of my friends gain control of their health and as the years went on they continued to maintain their new healthy weight and mine kept creeping up. I decide to reach out to my friend since I realized I was the same weight I was when I full term with my son...he was now approaching his 13th birthday! I made a conscious choice that this was not how I wanted to continue living my life. Getting healthy became a precious gift to me as I regained my energy, focus and confidence! I wanted to be sure that everyone I knew was informed on how I was able to transform and take my body back so they could too! I now have the passion to help others create more structure in life by changing small micro habits that produce big results! I coach the entire person in body, mind and spirit. I love helping people get healthy so that they can experience life at the fullest without health issues and bad habits holding them back from creating beautiful memories with their family!
