For the past 13 years dance has always been a significant part of my life; an outlet allowing me to express my creative side and giving people a glimpse into what makes me tick. Through dance I learned the importance of self-discipline, determination, motivation, and the value of setting the bar high. It infused me with the ability and the drive to push myself to the max and achieve the things I strive most for in life. I have approached every aspect of my life, both professional and personal, with those same priceless values and lessons. Whether expressed in my skills as a project and operations manager, to the methods I incorporate as a pilates instructor, to the new path I am seeking to pave for myself which I am currently discovering, one thing remains the same and is at the core of it all - passion. With a great deal of passion the sky's the limit and that is exactly what I’m aiming for.
