Central Michigan University's Office for Institutional Diversity and Multicultural Academic Student Services hosted the 2nd annual Multicultural Student Leadership Conference. The conference seeks to aid students in exploring the topics of multiculturalism and leadership development.

Assisted with piloting the IMPACT program for multicultural, first year students at CMU, co-created a mentor training curriculum for peer mentors, co-facilitated peer mentor training, co-managed 50 peer mentors over 2 semesters, developed mentor and mentee goals and objectives, assisted with overall event logistics; assisted with strategic planning for 400+ incoming multicultural students.
