About Jacqueline Ray

With over 17 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, I am the Director of Cybersecurity at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC), the largest language institute in the world. I manage and implement the cybersecurity program and policies for the DLIFLC, ensuring the security and resilience of its systems, data, and operations.I also teach cyber policy, risk, and compliance courses at the Defense Security Corporation Agency, where I share my knowledge and expertise with military and civilian personnel from different countries and regions.
