• Develop and execute policies and procedures for US Workers Compensation program. Formulate and promote programs purpose and goals to all Affiliated Companies and Entities.

• Responsible for long-range planning and program needs, develop action plans and budget to support those needs and present information to Senior Management as needed, to ensure cost savings to the overall program.
• Review insurance/broker invoices, investigate inconsistencies and high values for appropriateness. Coordinate payments with Captive Insurance Company for all entities and ensure entities are charged per insurance.

• Provided oversight supervision to Third Party Administrators (TPA) handling liquidated files of insolvent Insurers.
• Managed financial oversight of $1.5 Billion in incurred reserves.
• Conducted monthly oversight meetings with administrators to review complex-large exposure files and extend authority and direction for resolution.
• Planned and executed legal seminars attended by thousands of defense attorneys throughout California regarding CIGA policies and procedures.
• Created monthly reports for executive team outlining performance of each TPA administrator outlining cost saving measures in accordance with set guidelines and audit criteria
