A private practice that develops comprehensive treatment plans that focused on accurate diagnosis and behavioral treatment of problems. Works with parents to implement consistent behavior therapy techniques at home and school. Teaches clients anger management techniques, relaxation skills, impulse control, social skills, emotional coping skills and functional living skills. Refer clients to other programs and community agencies to enhance treatment processes. Leads patients in individual, couples and family therapy sessions. Creates and reviews treatment and discharge plans for each client. Works with substance abusers to assist with maintaining relapse prevention.
