• Created and implemented a Microsoft Access database for a production process that was previously non-digital, greatly speeding up the process and resulting in an overall reduction in waste and a record-breaking 280,000 pounds produced in a single day• Generated Standard Operating Procedure documents spanning 92 pages for all aspects of manufacturing process and conducted training for over 20 employees to ensure Standard Work was carried out throughout all actions• Contributed to operations-wide meetings and seminars on Lean 5S principles and decisions on how to effectively implement them throughout the plant
