I have been involved with a variety of projects, including youth development, migration, gender-based violence response, family strengthening, violence prevention and gang rehabilitation. My roles have included program management, business development, grant compliance, strategic planning, MEAL, and knowledge management. I value collaboration, contextual analysis, and epistemic humility. I actively bring frameworks that foreground racial and gender equity to my work and decision-making processes.I have worked and studied in the United States, Peru, Ghana, El Salvador, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Haiti, and with immigrant and refugee populations from across the world.
