• Completed company-wide comparison projects for 9 manufacturing and 25 distribution facilities: -Assessed executive summaries from all site EPA Risk Management Plans and developed a standard template for sites to use in the submittal process. - Combined property insurance risk reports from all sites and identified common recommendations. - Evaluated location and API 754 Tier 1 and Tier 2 process material threshold quantities to be used for process safety metrics and a custom process safety event evaluation tool.• Created a process safety incident database for use at all manufacturing and distribution facilities.• Participated in a PSM/RMP audit at one of the distribution facilities.• Assisted the process safety council and mechanical integrity best practice team.

Created PFD's of ammonia plant for a baseline study.Analyzed CO2 removal system and supported BASF to acquire data for their analysis.Field flow monitoring at lined pond and developed process design basis for reduction of ammonia odors. Aided in preliminary work such as research and obtaining field data for a furnace study being conducted later this year. Assisted process engineers with daily measurements and calculations.
