Milly Sinclair and have created Stroud Systemic Partnership to offer monthly systemic constellations workshops in Stroud. This is a powerful tool for revealing what is having an impact from beneath the surface of a system and supporting movement towards change and resolution of challenging issues. It can make a difference regardless of whether the system is an organisation, business, family or community.

Jacqui is highly experienced, creative and versatile. She believes in collaboration. As the founder of Coaching with Intent, she brings her lifelong commitment to supporting people to harness their potential for positive and sustainable change to her work. Her coaching expertise, which uses a toolkit of techniques appropriate to the client, has enabled people to make profound shifts identifying their personal purpose and that of their business, team or organisation if that is the focus for change. Her clients have stepped into their leadership in different ways. Some have developed new approaches for an existing business, or organisation. Others have explored and tested an emerging direction and mapped out the steps to take – and then taken them to great effect. Senior managers have resolved long-standing challenges with their teams. For some securing an executive promotion has been the goal which has been achieved. And Jacqui has also coached writers to uncover the internal resources needed to complete a book draft ready to present to an agent or publisher.Already a highly effective facilitator, Jacqui has completed training in the systemic constellations approach. This acknowledges that there is a dynamic relationship between a system’s elements and that mapping data in a system that might otherwise go unnoticed can hold the key for the resolution of long-standing issues in teams and organizations; the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.Jacqui had many years experience as a senior leader, facilitator and change agent in the voluntary and public sectors to draw upon, achieving sustainable partnerships to connect people and place. She is a full member of the Association for Coaching and the British Psychological Association.

I led on innovation England in Natural England's Innovation and Reform Team, supporting colleagues through facilitated events and innovation tools to unearth their ideas to improve our business and rise to the challenge of reducing budgets. I brought my skill as an expert coach and facilitator to the role, supporting people to find their solutions to problems, work with others to devise new initiatives, agree an action plan and share what they have learned in the process.I was a member of the internal coaching network as an ILM Level 7 Leadership and Executive Coach.

I spent an exciting year seconded with the New Forest National Park Authority. Drawing on my wealth of experience I developed the Growing the Forest partnership to realise its landscape-scale ambition for the green infrastructure within and crucially in the 20km surround New Forest. New partnerships have been forged and separate green infrastructure strategies aligned to support future joint funding bids. Crucially, the underpinning ecosystem services provided by the New Forest and its 20km green halo have been mapped and made available to the partnership. I hope to see a notification of the Growing the Forest landmark conference in spring 2015, an event I included in the communications plan.

I have managed a successful programme of projects to ensure a natural environment legacy from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games as an important element of the 'most sustainable Summer Olympic Games'. Working with the delivery bodies and other key stakeholders, new green infrastructure is in place, novel approaches to communications engaged spectator and local communities in the stunning landscapes hosting venues. This includes the marine environment of Weymouth Bay.
