About Jacqueline Thompson

Jacqueline Thompson is a Director, Emerging Managers and Funds Banking Operations at HSBC Innovation Bank at HSBC Innovation Banking. She possess expertise in business transformation, banking, stakeholder management, change management, project delivery and 17 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Jacqui was a key member of my team in Capital Resolutions, in her role she demonstrated the following strengths: - delivery of change to full result in complex environments - stakeholder management, building networks to facilitate successful delivery across at all levels of seniority - trusted advisor, seeking to create win-win solutions - working cross border and cross culturally " and "Jacqui and myself were both involved in the wind down of the Swiss Branch of RBS plc. She was managing certain tasks within the project to close the Branch and I have to admit that I wouldn't have had made it in time if she did not manage these tasks properly. One task was the transition of the Archiving and Records Management from Switzerland to Poland. She took responsibility, was highly commited and always solution oriented. She was able to analyse the as-is situation rapidly eventhough she did not have the local Swiss knowledge. I never felt being treated unfairly or pushed ot much to deliver, even though she had tight deadlines to reach. She acted with empathy and was a good communicator. It was a pleasure to work with her.
