CurrentI craft the text for Gmail's mobile and web interface (2.5 billion users), partnering with UX designers and product managers to design helpful, human, and sometimes delightful experiences, including summary cards, mail merge, Updates tab, and subscription manager. I write and manage the Gmail help center for Workspace admins (~90 million views annually), which supports tasks like email delivery, email security & authentication, and spam & abuse prevention.
