A new role and department to support all EU markets and their products from change controls to coordinating local market artwork creation

I successfully set up at Barnstaple a new internal Artwork Studio as from September 1st 2016. My role is to manage 4 Artwork personnel and 2 Regulatory Artwork Officers. Regulatory is to make sure that Uk submissions for artwork is approved and implemented on time. UK & Eire Artwork Studio to provide support to both markets. Working to tight deadlines to meet markets demand

As like previously.

As previously for Actavis UK. A split within the department gave me the opportunity to specialise in artwork within the Regulatory team. A route that I have previously been doing for a number of years. A regulatory position in making comonentry submitted and approves and ready to be used for packing. Started the re-branding project into a new livery .

As previously with Alpharma. I also worked as part of the team for the re-branding from Alpharma livery to Actavis livery.

Cox Pharmaceuticals purchased by Alpharma Ltd. Continuing to work on National and MRP Pharmaceutical variations and Article 61 3 submissions. I managed the re-branding to Alpharma livery from Cox.

Type up stability data for UK Products packed at Barnstaple. National Renewal applications for UK and Eire products. All variations approved, copies to be sent to International customers. The request of CPPs as required. Article 61 3 requests to review and submit as required. Simple National Pharmaceutical and Clinical variations submissions. MRI new product submissions including own development reviewing Development Reports prior to submitting. Job title change during this period.

Organisation of the office. The day-to-day running of job allocation of work for the glaziers. contacting customers arranging appointments, talking to customers regarding products, raising purchase orders for stock, Day to day invoicing, Preparing end of year returns for tax office.
