Direct the Organizational Learning Unit, responsible for implementing PD Learning strategy and creating learning materials for PD practitioners. My unit partners with the FSI/SPAS/PD division to ensure learning and training opportunities for PD practitioners are aligned and that public diplomacy is well represented across Department training, I work with interagency and external partners to increase collaboration in learning and training spaces amongs various entities involved in global public engagement.
