I am an Aunsara inspired (Anusara means "to flow with grace"), Restorative, Yoga Bugs, Yoga'd, Pre/Post Natal, Ray of Calm Teen Yoga teacher. I teach mixed level classes that bring together a feeling of warmth, nurturing and positivity, so may you be a beginner or a seasoned yogi all are welcomed.My yoga journey began in 2001 and I started teaching in 2006. I teach in pre-school, schools, alternative therapy centres, corporate organisation, gyms and one to ones.I love sharing and learning more about yoga as our practice is evolving all of the time, and helping others make a drifference in their lives through the practice of yoga which helps to bring balance, healing and embracing who they are, and where they are at.I continue to regularly attend courses, workshops and trainings to build on my knowledge and experience. As a yoga teacher it helps me to live and enjoy life with a smile.
